Cancellations.

As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being despatched. If your order hasn´t been dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a refund. If your order has already been despatched you may return the items to us following our Returns Policy.
Refunds & Returns.
If we already dispatched your order, you can cancel your order, and return the parcel to us. You will need to cover our shipping cost and your shipping cost. Please note that because we sell male grooming products, we don´t accept any return for health and safety if the products have been opened or used.
When we receive the parcel back to us, we will make a refund and deduct the shipping cost that we paid. The refund will be processed in 24 hours with the same payment system you used when you paid the order.
If you want to cancel your order partially, as soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postage charge We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. This only applies if the order is canceled before despatch.
